HealthMark is a trusted partner that specializes in facilitating medical record release and keeping your personal health information safe. What is HealthMark Group?

Columbus OBGYN utilizes HealthMark’s secure, HIPAA-compliant portal for all of your medical records requests. You will receive real-time messages communicating the status of your request.

The fastest way to receive your records is online; however, you can let us know if you prefer a different method of delivery. If you ordered an Imaging CD, it will be mailed to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you enter your email, you’ll receive an email with HealthMark to log in (no username or password required!). Click on the “submit request” button and follow the prompts from there. You’ll receive an email as soon as your records are available for download.​

Do I have to remember another username and password?
Nope! HealthMark’s Request Manager uses email verification and secure links to get you your records quickly, efficiently and securely – and without yet another username and password to remember! ​

How long does it take to process requests?
Records can be available for download in as few as 8 business hours! However, some records may be subject to physician approval and can take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 days since you made your request, please reach out to HealthMark at [email protected] for an update.
